Foamboard is composed of sheets of extruded polystyrene foam which have been laminated on both sides with white Claycoat paper liners. The plastic foam gives the board its unique lightness which is one of the properties that makes Foamboard so useful as a mounting board, backing board, and display material. Satin-smooth surface - no corrugations, no texture, no seams.
The thick board cuts effortlessly with mat knives, razors, slitters, fine-toothed band saws, and circular table saws.
